The Saddest Dog in Luzhou

This photo was taken during a rambling walk through campus. There are many mangy dogs about in China, some that lurk in and around restaurants, others that are family pets. This one, however, easily won the prize for "Saddest Dog in Luzhou." Not only is he absolutely bedraggled, but from the leash and collar, he actually appears to have an owner! I've seen him several times since (he's a hard dog to miss) and I've decided that he's got to have a name. So I am now turning to you, my loyal readers, to help me christen this little puppy. Best name or a consensus wins. I'll await your ideas.
